It is very easy for you to check the status of your order and locate the package during transit Royalmail, as an email with a tracking number will be sent to your email address after your order has been shipped out.

Orders From other Countires: The Tracking Number and Tracking Url will be sent to you when your item was sent out.

4. Items are generally shipped out at the same day when order placed before PM 15:00, or the next business day after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded). In general, it may take about 3 – 12 business days for delivery.

5.We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. The address can be your home, your place of business, your travelling aim place, or another residence address and all of the packages can be tracked.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, email to us for assistance. If your order has not shipped out we will be able to cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of our Return Policy.(Please refer to “Returns?for detailed information.)

Warranty & Refund Policy

We warrant that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100% brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship.

We warrant our products for 1 year under normal, non-commercial use. Defective products could be replaced if returned within a year since the date of purchase. The return must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is to be issued upon request, and must be shipped prepaid.

The warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend the warranty period.

For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect.

Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.

Where applicable, all requests for warranty returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and be made through the dealer or outlet where the battery pack was originally purchased.

If you change your mind and want to return the item for a refund, you can contact our customer services department and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within fift.
